Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download a prepaid UPS shipping label provided directly through our portal.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
